Leave Ajar is operated by HENOC Ltd. We collect only what's needed to run the venue network.

What we store

When a venue registers, we store: the venue name, address, venue type, the contact name and email, the tier selected, and any optional description you provide. We may also store an approximate latitude and longitude derived from the postcode so the venue can appear on the map.

Payments

We never store or see your financial information; all payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.

What we don't do

We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or session recording. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about your venue. Email info@henoc.co.uk and we'll action it within 30 days.
